Should it be thawed and re-frozen each time it is used?
1 answer-
Store this product at -20°C in the dark immediately after arrival. To enhance its shelf-life, following the initial thaw, store it in small one-use-size aliquots in a none-frost-free freezer, as well as avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

I received this product for my master assay, and I saved it in -20 C. What should i do in order to use it and to change its concentration? Thank you so much for your time,
1 answer-
Unfortunately, a protocol for dilution is not available. However, the following information from the product manual may be helpful. Some types of primary human cells, especially Normal Human Epidermal Keratinocytes, respond sensitively to the calcium concentration in the culture medium. Calcium Chloride solution allows the adjustment of the optimal amount of calcium required by the cells. The Calcium Chloride (CaCl2) Solution is prepared as a solution from highly pure tissue culture tested Calcium Chloride and cell culture-grade water. It is a clear, colorless, and sterile solution. The concentration of CaCl2 is 0.5 M, and each vial contains 2 mL.
