PyroDetect Cryoblood constitutes cryopreserved human whole blood pooled from 8 donors to detect pyrogens with the Monocyte-Activation Test (MAT). The cryopreserved and pooled human whole blood is tested for sterility and antigens of HIV, HAV, HCV, and HBV.

Application

The PyroDetect Cryoblood is part of the PyroDetect System and is used to detect pyrogens in pharmaceuticals, using lnterleukin-1β response.
