Description

General description

A stable-labeled internal standard suitable for quantitation of ephedrine levels by LC/MS or GC/MS for a variety of testing applications from clinical toxicology or forensic analysis to quality control testing of dietary supplements containing ephedrine. Ephedrine is a methamphetamine analog commonly used as a stimulant and appetite suppressant. It is also found as an active constituent in herbs used for traditional Chinese medicine, such as má huáng.
