This is a product of Novozymes, available commercially as Sweetzyme. This is an immobilized enzyme used in a fixed bed process to convert dextrose syrup to fructose syrup. This material is in granular form with a particle size range of 0.3-1.0 mm. This material is not intended to be solubilized.
