アプリケーション
タンパク質クロマトグラフィーおよびゲルろ過クロマトグラフィーに、ゲルろ過マーカーが使用されます。ゲルろ過マーカーは、免疫系内のアポトーシスのモデル系としてグルココルチコイド誘発リンパ球溶解を研究するために使用されています。ゲルろ過マーカーは、Polygonatum odoratum（アマドコロ）レクチンの単離にも使用されます。このレクチンはVero細胞に対する顕著な抗HSV-II活性、ヒトメラノーマA375細胞に対する細胞毒性、およびカスパーゼに依存して誘発されるアポトーシスを示します。
