Zur selektiven Isolierung und Identifikation von Bifidusbakterien. Das Medium wird in der Qualitätskontrolle der Milchindustrie verwendet.
Preparation Note
Dissolve 42.5g BSM-Broth in 1 litre water. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 min. Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add 116 mg BSM supplement (Cat. No. 83055; freshly dissolved in 1 to 5 ml sterile water), mix well.
