Biochem/physiol Actions

Brilliant Blue G (Coomassie-Blau) reagiert mit Protein in einem Säure-Alkohol-Medium zu einem blauen Farbstoff-Protein-Komplex. Die Farbe, gemessen bei 595 nm, ist proportional zur Proteinkonzentration.
