This product may be reconstituted with PBS or media of choice at 1 mg/ml. The addition of Human Serum Albumin at 1% is recommended as a stabilizer. Upon reconstitution, the product solution can be sterile filtered through a 0.22 µm pore size membrane. The solution should be then aliquoted and stored frozen at -20C or -80C. It is expected to be stable for 3-6 months.
The protocol may vary with the type of tissue, the age of the animal, or other variables. The end-user would need to adjust the temperature and incubation time, but the general recommendation is to digest at 37 deg C for 15 - 30 minutes. For protocol/concentration to be used, it may be helpful to review the literature.
