使用濃度：抗体を1：5,000で希釈します
使用液：10倍のストック溶液を調製するためには、ブロッキング試薬をマレイン酸バッファーに溶解、撹拌して、最終濃度を10％（w/v）にし、ヒートブロックか電子レンジで加熱します。
保管条件（使用液）：ブロッキング試薬の10倍ストック溶液は、オートクレーブし、2～8°Cで保存します。あるいは、一部を-15～-25°Cで最低で保存できます。
