General description
Williams′ Medium E wurde von Williams und Gunn als eine Modifikation des Williams′ Medium D entwickelt. Die Formulierung des Mediums unterstützt die langfristige Zellkultur von adulten Epithelzellen der Leber. Es ist ein modifiziertes Minimum Essential Medium (MEM) mit verändertem Glucose- und Aminosäuregehalt. [1]
