Beschreibung

General description

Ein zelldurchdringender, irreversibler Pan-Caspase-Hemmer. Verbessert nachweislich das Überleben von humanen embryonalen Stammzellen nach dem Einfrieren/Auftauen. Hemmt die Fas-vermittelte Apoptose in Jurkat-Zellen. Berichten zufolge hemmt es auch Peptide: N-Glycanase (PNGase) in-vitro und in-vivo. Bei Verwendung mit aufgereinigtem rekombinantem Enzym ist eine Vorbehandlung mit einer Esterase erforderlich.
