Ein starker, zellpermeabler und nicht reversibler Inhibitor von Caspase-3 sowie Caspase-6, Caspase-7, Caspase-8 und Caspase-10. Bei Verwendung mit aufgereinigtem nativem oder rekombinantem Enzym ist eine Vorbehandlung mit einer Esterase erforderlich.
