Beschreibung

General description

Ein potenter, zellpermeabler, reversibler und ATP-kompetitiver Inhibitor von Kinasen der Src-Familie. Hemmt Src (IC₅₀ = 280 nM), sowie die eng verwandten Kinasen Fyn (IC₅₀ = 170 nM), Ja E (IC₅₀ = 20 nM) und Lyn (IC₅₀ = 130 nM). Wirkt als schwacher Inhibitor von Lck (IC₅₀ = 688 µM) und PDGF-Rezeptor-Kinase (IC₅₀ >10 µM). Eine 10-mM-Lösung (500 µg/135 µl) von SU6656 (Kat.-Nr. 572636) in DMSO ist ebenfalls erhältlich.
