General description
Die Methode entspricht der Norm ISO 23695 über die standardisierte Verwendung dieser Küvettentest-Methode zur Bestimmung dieses wichtigen Parameters. Diese Methode entspricht EPA 350.1, APHA 4500-NH3 F, ISO 7150-1 und DIN 38406-5.
Dieser Spectroquant®-Ammonium-Küvettentest ermöglicht eine cyanidfreie Quantifizierung von Ammonium in Abwasser, Grund- und Oberflächenwasser sowie Meerwasser. Ammonium verunreinigt Wasserquellen durch Auswaschung aus gedüngten landwirtschaftlichen Flächen. Erhöhte Konzentrationen sind bedeutende Indikatoren für Fäkalverschmutzungen.
Weitere Anwendungsfelder sind die Analyse von Lebensmitteln und Getränken sowie von Umwelt- und Landwirtschaftsproben (z. B. Erde).
Die Spectroquant®-Küvettentests werden mit vorgefüllten 16-mm-Rundküvetten und allen erforderlichen Reagenzien für die Durchführung der Analyse entsprechend der beigefügten Gebrauchsanweisung geliefert.
Alle Spectroquant®-Küvetten- und Reagenzien-Testkits sind mit einer eindeutigen Live-ID (2D-Barcode) versehen, die eine nahtlose Methodenerkennung ermöglicht und wichtige Daten wie Chargennummer und Verfallsdatum sowie Informationen für automatische Kalibrierungsupdates enthält.
