The volume is approximately 0.276 mL per vial which equates to roughly 1.38 mL total volume for all 5 vials. The number of samples that can be processed is dependent on the sample size. RNA 上样缓冲液可用作 RNA 电泳的示踪染料。RNA 上样染料带轻微的负电荷，并且与 RNA 同向迁移，使得用户可以监测 RNA 分子在凝胶中移动的进程。凝胶组成不同，迁移速度也不一样。以 1：3 至 1：6 稀释样品，加热至 65℃，持续 10 分钟，上样前置于冰上冷却。
應用
RNA 样品上样缓冲液特别适用于在甲醛-琼脂糖凝胶（含有或不含溴化乙锭）上进行 RNA 电泳。在 Northern 印迹检测之前，不推荐使用溴化乙锭进行凝胶染色，因为琼脂糖凝胶或上样缓冲液中存在溴化乙锭会导致转移效率低下。
成分
RNA 上样缓冲液含有 62.5％ 去离子甲酰胺，1.14M 甲醛，200μg/ml 溴酚蓝，200 μg/ml 二甲苯氰基，以及 50 μg/ml 溴化乙锭，溶解在 MOPS-EDTA-乙酸钠溶液中（1.25x 工作浓度 ）。
去离子甲酰胺 62.5％（v/v）、甲醛 1.14M、溴酚蓝 μg/mL、二甲苯氰基 200 μg/mL、MOPS-EDTA-乙酸钠、1.25× 工作浓度。
