生化／生理作用
Laemmli样品缓冲液是经特殊配方用于Lammli SDS-PAGE系统中蛋白样品的制备。 蛋白样品与2X 样品缓冲液（1:1）混合并在沸水中加热2-5分钟。2-巯基乙醇可还原分子内和分子间的二硫键。 SDS去污剂可使蛋白质和亚基变性，并给每个蛋白质和亚基带来整体的负电荷，以便对它们每个基于大小进行分离。 溴酚蓝可作为一种跑在蛋白前端的染料，也可在上样过程中更加容易的看到样品。 甘油可提高样品的密度以便样本能够铺在样品孔中。
其他說明
含有4% SDS、20% glycerol、10% 2-巯基乙醇、0.004% 溴酚蓝和0.125 M Tris HCl、pH约6.8的溶液。

推荐使用方法：将1倍体积的凝胶上样溶液加入至1倍体积的样品中并充分混匀。
