Opis ogólny

Diazinon, belongs to the organophosphorus class of pesticides, extensively used in agriculture.[1] Its mode of action involves the inhibition of cholinesterase in insects and mammals and also brings about non-reversible phosphorylation of esterases in the central nervous system of the organism.[1]

Zastosowanie

Diazinon may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in aqueous samples[1] and biological samples[2] using different chromatography techniques.
