- Supel™-Q PLOTフューズドシリカキャピラリーカラムはヘッドスペースSPME-GCと併用し、血中シアン化物の解析に使用されます。[2]
- また、環境水中の5つのエストロゲンである、エストロン、17ß-エストラジオール、エストリオール、エチニルエストラジオール、およびジエチルスチルベストロールを測定するため、液体クロマトグラフィータンデム質量分析計（LC/MS/MS）と組み合わせたSPMEを用いて、抽出デバイスとして使用されることもあります。[3]
- また、揮発性有機化合物（VOC）の微量分析に使用される、直接水注入‐ガスクロマトグラフィー／質量分析（DAI-GC/MS）法において、VOCと水を分離するのに使用されることもあります。[4]
