How can I dissolve the products that arrived in solid form?

The spec sheet indicates that the product is tested for solubility at 2mg/ml in water. For Testosterone 3-(O-carboxymethyl)oxime: BSA, solubility is tested in Phosphate buffer pH 7.5. Additionally, without the albumin conjugate, Testosterone 3-(O-carboxymethyl)oxime is soluble in ethanol at 50mg/ml.
