ウシ血清アルブミン（BSA）は、ウシ肝臓で生成される球状の非グリコシル化αらせん構造の血漿タンパク質です。3つのドメイン（I、II、およびIII）で構成され、各ドメインは2つのサブドメイン（AおよびB）を有し、ハート型の構造を呈します。

Preparation Note
