生物化学的／生理学的作用
PLC はホスファチジルコリンおよび他のグリセロリン脂質のリン酸結合を加水分解しジアシルグリセロールを生成します。本酵素はまたスフィンゴミエリン、カルジオリピン、コリンプラズマローゲンおよびセラミドリン脂質のリン酸結合を加水分解します。ホスホリパーゼ C はトロンビンおよび血小板活性化因子により誘導され、1,2-ジアシルグリセロールおよびリン酸を生成します。
ジアシルグリセロ-ルを形成するホスファチジルコリンおよび他のグリセロリン脂質上のリン酸結合を加水分解します。また、スフィンゴミエリン、カルジオリピン、コリンプラスマロゲン、セラミドリン脂質も加水分解します。

What are the differences in the purification methods between Products P7633 and P4039 Phospholipase C from Clostridium perfringens (C. welchii)?

The extraction and purification methods for our Phospholipase C products are proprietary, however higher unit per milligram values indicate a more purified product. Product P7633 contains a specific activity of 10-50 units/mg protein and the protein content is between 20.0 - 40.0 %. Product P4039 will contain a specific activity of ≥150 units/mg protein. The protein content for this product is between 5.0 - 30.0 %. The impact of the methods on the isoform profile of these products is not evaluated. The specific activity of each lot activity will be reported in the Certificate of Analysis. Please view the sample Certificate of Analysis:
