アプリケーション
Aspergillus japonicus由来のペクトリアーゼは、次の用途で使用されています。
- プロトプラスト生成を目的としたクロレラ細胞の溶解に。[2]
- Arabidopsisの減数分裂期染色体の単離に用いる酵素消化バッファーの成分として。[3]
- Arabidopsis根冠細胞構造の再組織化を誘発するために。[4]
ペクトリアーゼは、オルガネラ単離の前に細胞壁を消化するために用いる植物プロトプラストの調製に使用されます。複合糖質分析に使用されます。製品P3026は、ラクトース含有凍結乾燥粉末として供給します。 製品P3026は、減数分裂分析の前にCrassula根端を消化するために使用されています[5]。
細胞小器官を分離する前に、細胞壁を消化し植物プロトプラストを形成するときに使用されます。
生物化学的／生理学的作用
ペクトリアーゼは、a-(1-4)-D-ガラクツロナンメチルエステルの除去的切断を触媒して、非還元末端に4-デオキシ-6-O-メチル-a-D-ガラクト-4-エヌロノシル基を持つオリゴ糖を生成します。 ペクトリアーゼには、2種類のペクチナーゼ（エンドポリガラクツロナーゼおよびエンドペクチンリアーゼ）および解離刺激因子が含まれます。

Hello! I want to ask how much cellulase does the pectolyase (P3026) contains? It does not mention any contamination of other enzymes in the product description, but I want to know if there is any potential contamination involved.

This product is not tested for the presence of contaminating enzymes. The primary components are endo-polygalacturonase and endo-pectin lyase. A brief search of the literature shows that in protoplast isolation, cellulase is often added to the digest, in addition to pectolyase.
