Biochem/physiol Actions
ドリセラーゼ™ は、植物材料の解離、プロトプラスト形成、および抽出プロセスを促進するために植物細胞壁を消化するのに使用される天然の活性酵素混合物（真菌カルボヒドラーゼ）です。ドリセラーゼは、細胞壁多糖を遊離させます。この製剤には、セルロース、エンド-1,3-β-グルカナーゼ、キシラナーゼの酵素活性が含まれています。
