Histopaque®-1077は、ポリスクロースとジアトリゾ酸ナトリウムで構成される溶液で、密度は1.077±0.001 g/cm3に調整されています。[1]この培地は、少量の全血からリンパ球を迅速に生きたまま回収するのに役立ちます。この技術は、細胞媒介リンパ球崩解やヒトリンパ球抗原（HLA）2タイピングでの使用に適しています。また、Tリンパ球、Bリンパ球、nullリンパ球の計数前の最初の単離ステップにも使用される可能性があります。リンパ球や他の単核細胞を精製するための密度培地の作製に使用されます。
