ニワトリ卵アルブミンは、卵白アルブミン（OVA）とも呼ばれ、最も豊富に見られる卵白タンパク質です。卵アルブミンはB細胞エピトープに囲まれており、このエピトープには特異的IgE抗体が結合しています。さらに、CD4+ T細胞エピトープも含みます。卵白アルブミンは、分子量45000 Daの単量体タンパク質です。
アプリケーション
ウサギが産生する抗ニワトリ卵アルブミン抗体は、次の用途で使用されています：
- 定量的沈降素アッセイ
- 間接的酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイ（ELISA）
- ニワトリ卵白タンパク質に対する非免疫ウサギ抗血清の開発
生物化学的／生理学的作用
ニワトリ卵アルブミン、別名卵白アルブミン（OVA）は、卵白に含まれる主要アレルゲンで、アレルギー研究に広く使用されています。′クラスII主要組織適合性複合体（MHC）-ペプチド結合とT細胞活性化の特性を評価するために広く使用されています。
