Products with no assigned expiration date are covered by a warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment. This antibody may be thawed, aliquoted, and re-frozen upon receipt. アプリケーション
C33A細胞ライセートは、HRPコンジュゲートヤギ抗ウサギIgGを二次抗体として使用した、ウェスタンブロットによって解析されました。 大腸粘膜抽出物由来のタンパク質の一定分量（μg）を、二次抗体としてHRPコンジュゲートヤギ抗ウサギIgGをTBStで1：5000に希釈して使用して、室温で1時間反応させたウエスタンブロットにより解析しました。
ヤギ抗ウサギIgG（全分子）抗体-ペルオキシダーゼは、ウエスタンブロット（1：6,000）やELISAアッセイに使用されています。
二次抗体としてHRP抱合ヤギ抗ウサギIgGを用い、C33A細胞溶解物の共免疫沈降分析およびウエスタンブロット分析が行われました。
物理的形状
1%ウシ血清アルブミンを含む保存剤含有0.01 Mリン酸バッファー生理食塩水溶液（pH 7.4）。
調製ノート
