Descrizione generale
Histopaque®-1077 è una soluzione contenente polisaccarosio e diatrizoato di sodio, portata a una densità di 1,077 +/- 0,001 g/mL3.[1] Questo mezzo facilita un rapido recupero dei linfociti vitali da piccoli volumi di sangue intero. Questa tecnica è adatta per scopi di linfolisi cellulo-mediata e per la tipizzazione dell′antigene linfocitario umano (HLA)2. Può anche essere usata nello stadio di isolamento iniziale prima della conta dei linfociti T, B e ‘null′. Usato per creare un mezzo denso per la purificazione di linfociti e altre cellule mononucleate.
