Descrizione generale

Corticosterone is a corticosteroid and aldosterone precursor produced in the adrenal glands. Serum corticosterone levels are measured by LC-MS/MS for newborn screening and diagnosis of 11-hydroxylase deficiency.

Applicazioni


  • Corticosterone ELISA kit for stress hormone research: Research has demonstrated the efficacy of corticosterone ELISA kits in measuring stress hormone levels, contributing significantly to studies on adrenal gland function and stress-related disorders.
