O soro suíno é formado de amiloide sérico A (SAA), proteína C-reativa (PCR), haptoglobina (Hp) e as principais proteínas de fase aguda suínas (pig-MAP).[1]
Aplicação
O soro suíno foi usado:
- na neutralização de vírus adenoassociados (VAA) revestidos com lipofectamina[2]
- para induzir a fibrose hepática em ratos[3]
- como padrão de referência negativo em ensaio de imunoabsorção enzimática (ELISA)[4]
- como componente do caldo tríptico de soja com extrato de levedura a 0,6% (TSBYE) para cultura de cepas de A. actinomycetemcomitans[5]
