I dissolved this new product in 10 mL pure DMSO for 1 mM stock, as per protocol. But when diluted with DMEM/F12 or PBS for cell treatment, it forms white precipitate. How to fix this? Urgent help needed!!

For how long can the product maintain stability in powder form at 4 °C or -80 °C?

The recommended storage temperature for this material is ambient or room temperature. Studies have not been conducted to evaluate the stability or shelf life impact of the product when stored at other temperatures. Can aliquots of rotenone resuspended in DMSO be stored at -20C?

The solution stability has not been determined. However, a similar product, 557368, notes that "following reconstitution, aliquot, flush with nitrogen, and store at -70°C. Stock solutions are stable for up to 1 month at -70°C".

This product is tested for solubility at 50 mg/mL in chloroform. Rotenone is poorly soluble in water at approximately 0.25-0.50 uM. Other options include Ethanol and DMSO.
Ethanol: 5 mg/mL (higher concentrations may be achieved with heat and sonication)

This product is soluble in DMSO at 0.5 mg/ml. Other sources suggest it can be dissolved in DMSO up to 100 mM, however this has not been verified.
