Ein zellpermeabler, aktiver Metabolit von Tamoxifen (Kat.-Nr. 579000), der als potenter PKC-Inhibitor wirkt. Es ist wirksamer als die Ausgangsverbindung und hemmt PKC, indem es dessen katalytische Domäne verändert. Auch als 10-mM-Lösung in EtOH verfügbar (Kat.-Nr. 508225).
