Beschreibung

General description

Hemmt die Calmodulin-abhängige Stimulation von zyklischer Nukleotidphosphodiesterase(IC₅₀ = 17 µmol/l). Dient als peripherer Vasodilator. Ein Inhibitor der TNFα-Produktion. Hemmt Stickstoffmonoxidsynthase (NOS) in Mäusehirn und verhindert die Lipopolysaccharideinleitung von NOS in der murinen Lunge. Hemmt KSP/Eg5 (IC₅₀ <10 µmol/l) und PLA2 wirksam und spezifisch.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution aliquotieren und bei -20 °C einfrieren. Stammlösungen sind bei einer Temperatur von -20 °C bis zu 6 Monate und bei einer Temperatur von 4 °C bis zu 1 Woche haltbar.
