Looking on the datasheet, it states that there is 250 ug of DNA per vial and that the vial has 100 x 5uL loads (500 uL volume). DNA concentration is 0.5 ug/uL. Loading 5 uL per well therefore provides a DNA load of 2.5 ug per well.
