一般說明

乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)是一种氨基多羧酸(APCA)。用作金属螯合剂。EDTA可作抗凝剂,通过螯合血液中的钙离子防止血液凝集。EDTA介导的血小板凝集会导致假性血小板减少症。可用于治疗汞和铅等重金属引致的中毒。

應用

0.5M EDTA已用作杜氏磷酸盐缓冲液(DPBS)成分,用于在聚集动力学实验中重悬胰蛋白酶处理过的人胚胎肾293T(HEK293T)细胞。也可用于染色质免疫沉淀(ChIP)实验。
