Opis

General description

A cell-permeable imidazopyrimidine compound that acts a potent, ATP-competitive, reversible, and highly selective inhibitor of Syk tyrosine kinase activity (IC₅₀ = 10 nM) with no inhibitory effect against Btk, Fyn, Itk, Lyn, and Src even at concentrations as high as 4.7 µM. Shown to inhibit Syk-mediated cellular functions in vitro and exhibit good oral bioavailability and in vivo effacacy in the treatment of various allgery and asthma conditions in rat models.
