アプリケーション
ウサギで産生された抗ニワトリIgY（IgG）（全分子）-ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、間接酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイ（ELISA）、直接ELISA、ドットブロットおよび免疫組織化学的分析に使用されています。
ウサギ抗ニワトリIgY（IgG）（全分子）ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、免疫沈降やウエスタンブロット（1:2,000）アッセイに使用されています。この抗体は、直接ELISA（1:30,000）、ドットブロット（1:12,000-1:15,000）、およびIHC（1:1,000）にも使用できます。
ウサギ糸球体から酸化鉄磁化によって分離したタンパク質は、HRP結合ウサギ抗ニワトリIgYを二次抗体として用いるウェスタンブロットにより解析されました。
生物化学的／生理学的作用
ニワトリから得た卵黄IgY免疫グロブリンは広く研究されています。免疫学的分析において有用であり、リウマトイド因子と相互作用します。

0.05% MITを含む0.01 Mリン酸緩衝生理食塩水溶液（pH 7.4）
