詳細

Hellmanex III は水の表面張力を著しく低下させます。Hellmanex III 水溶液の良好な湿潤活性により埃粒子の除去が可能になると同時に、高い乳化能および分散能により除去された粒子の再付着を防ぎます。特別な界面活性物質により、光学成分洗浄後の残渣フリーのリンスが可能となります。
Hellmanex III は1 μm までろ過されているため実質上固体粒子を含みません。

アプリケーション

最適な希釈度（通常　0.5～2 vol-%）は、水の硬度、コンタミネーションの程度と種類、および温度などのいくつかの因子に依存します。脱塩水の試用により、洗浄特性が向上します。
温度の上昇により洗浄工程が加速します。しかし、高温では熱衝撃を回避する必要があります。細胞は高温の洗浄液に浸漬する前に予備加温しておくことが必要です。
Hellmanex III は、2%の使用濃度に希釈すると、ガラス、石英、サファイヤ、磁器、セラミックス、プラスチックおよび鉄類への使用に適しています。若干の制約はありますが、アルミおよびその他の非鉄金属など腐食感受性の金属にも使用することが可能です。その場合、長時間の使用は回避します。ここに記載した材質以外に関しては、適正試験を行うか、Hellma に問い合わせることが必要です。
濃縮液はステンレススチール、PE、PP、PVC、FPM または NBR 製の容器に保存可能です。

  1. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
