Transforming Growth Factor-β2 Protein, Recombinant human, Transforming Growth Factor-beta2 (TGF-beta2) is a member of a superfamily of homologous, disulfide-linked, homodimeric proteins that regulate the proliferation & differentiation of normal & transformed cells.
Transforming Growth Factor- beta2 (TGF-beta2) is a member of a superfamily of homologous, disulfide-linked, homodimeric proteins that regulate the proliferation and differentiation of normal and transformed cells. Human TGF-beta2 is a 25.0 kDa protein with each subunit containing 112 amino acid residues.
生物化学的/生理学的作用
Determined by its ability to inhibit the mouse IL-4-dependent proliferation of mouse HT-2 cells. The ED(50) was found to be ≤0.2ng/ml
物理的形状
Lyophilized from Sodium Citrate, pH 3.5.
保管および安定性
The lyophilized powder is stable for a few weeks at room temperature, but best stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with water to a concentration of 50 μg/ml (e.g., 5 μg/100 μl), this will yield a solution of 1 mM citrate buffer pH 3.5 This solution can then be stored at room temperature or at 2-8ºC for 1 month. It is recommended that further dilutions be made into PBS containing 2 mg/ml albumin and stored at -20ºC. Reconstituted human TGF-beta2 should be stored in undiluted aliquots at -20°C for at least 2 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Crinum latifolium L. (Amaryllidaceae) has been used in Southeast Asian traditional medicine to alleviate the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The pathological mechanism of BPH is associated with the induction of prostate stromal cell proliferation through transforming growth factor-beta
Inflammasomes are protein platforms linking recognition of microbe, pathogen-associated and damage-associated molecular patterns by cytosolic sensory proteins to caspase-1 activation. Caspase-1 promotes pyroptotic cell death and the maturation and secretion of interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-18, which trigger inflammatory responses to
