このCertified Spiking Solution®は、法医学分析、臨床毒性学、尿中薬物検査、大麻の作用強度または不純物プロファイリング試験のための、HPLC、GC/MSあるいはLC-MS/MS法を用いたカンナビジオール試験法に適しています。

カンナビジオール（CBD）は、その非精神活性特性で知られるCannabaceae科の植物に見られる重要なカンナビノイドの1つです。前駆体であるカンナビジオール酸が光または熱の存在下で脱炭酸されると生成します。抗酸化作用、抗炎症作用、抗菌作用、神経保護作用、抗不安作用、抗けいれん作用など多彩な治療効果を示します。

アプリケーション

本認証標準物質（CRM）溶液は、以下の用途にも使用できます：
  • 逆相高速液体クロマトグラフィー（RP-HPLC）とダイオードアレイ検出器（DAD）による、油性マトリックス由来の4種類のカンナビノイドの定量
  • 高用量のカンナビジオールを投与したラットの全血サンプルを用いて、カンナビジオール、∆9-テトラヒドロカンナビノール、その代謝物を測定する液体クロマトグラフィー-タンデム質量分析（LC-MS/MS）に基づく手法の開発と検証
  • アイソクラティックRP-HPLCとUV検出による、さまざまなヘンプ（繊維または種子用大麻）油含有製品中のカンナビジオールとテトラヒドロカンナビノールの同時定量
  • 液液抽出（LLE）後のガスクロマトグラフィー-質量分析に基づく定量化による、毛髪サンプル中のΔ9-テトラヒドロカンナビノール、カンナビノール、カンナビジオールの多重分析
  • 市販の3種類の局所製剤中のカンナビジオールの超音波ガイド下抽出後のGC-MS測定

  1. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

  2. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.
