Application

Testmedium für den Nachweis von Phenylalanin-Deaminase, für die Identifikation von Proteus und Providencia neben anderen Enterobakterien, nach Ewing et al. (1957).

Preparation Note

Dissolve 23 g in 1 litre distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
