Biochem/physiol Actions

Humanes Talin. Dieser Antikörper reagiert mit einem N-terminalen Epitop in Talin, zwischen den Aminosäuren 139–433. Bei Mikroinjektion in ganze Zellen unterbricht MAB1676 die Aktinstressfasern und fokalen Kontakte und hemmt die Zellmotilität.
