Beschreibung

General description

Ein zellpermeabler, reversibler und kompetitiver Inhibitor der CaM-Kinase II des Rattenhirns (K_i = 370 nM). Bindet selektiv an die CaM-Bindungsstelle des Enzyms und verhindert die Assoziation von CaM mit CaMKII. Weist keine signifikante Wirkung auf die Proteinkinase-A-Aktivität auf. Induziert den Arrest des G₁-Zellzyklus und die Apoptose in NIH/3T3-Zellen. Eine 5-mM-Lösung (1 mg/399 µ;l) von KN-93 (Katalognr. <;A href="https://./?[islink]ViewProductDetail-BySKU&;#124;&;#124;SKU&;#124;EMD_BIO-422712&;#124;[/islink]">;422712<;/A>;) in DMSO ist ebenfalls erhältlich.
