Beschreibung

General description

Ein starker nichtsteroidaler Entzündungshemmer, der die Aktivität von COX-1 (IC₅₀ = 76 nM) sowie COX-2 (IC₅₀ = 26 nM) hemmt. Hemmt ebenfalls die Leber-Phenol-Sulfotransferase-Aktivität (IC₅₀ ~9,5 µ;M). Hemmt die Bildung von nicht löslichem Transthyretin (TTR) Amyloid-Fibrillen.

Ein zellpermeabler nicht selektiver Cyclooxygenase-Inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 60 nM und 200 nM für Schafs-COX-1 bzw. COX-2) und starker nichtsteroidaler Entzündungshemmer mit analgetischer Aktivität. Hemmt die Bildung von nicht löslichem Transthyretin (TTR) Amyloid-Fibrillen. Hemmt ebenfalls die Leber-Phenol-Sulfotransferase-Aktivität (IC₅₀ = 9,5 µ;M).
