Beschreibung

General description

Ein intern gequenchtes, hochgradig Cathepsin K-selektives, fluorogenes Peptidsubstrat, das durch CatK wirksam gespaltet wird (k_cat/K_m = 0,426 µM^-1s^-1), jedoch nicht durch die Cathepsine B/L/S/F/H/V. Studien mit WT- und CatK^-/--Mäusen zeigten, dass das Substrat nicht durch andere in Fibroblastenlysaten vorkommende proteolytische Enzyme gespaltet wird. Emissionsmaximum: 420 nm, Anregungsmaximum: 320 nm.
