2-Bromoethylamine hydrobromide, also known as 2-Aminoethyl bromide hydrobromide, is a simple, common, and harmless substance that can provide –NH2 for titanate nanotubes through intramolecular elimination of NaBr. Furthermore, it dissolves in water and can replace harmful organic solvents as excellent modification reagents.

Anwendung

2-Bromethylaminhydrobromid kann als Reaktant für die Synthese von Folgendem eingesetzt werden:
  • Thiazoline und Thiazine mittels Tandem-S-Alkylierung-Cyclodeaminierung von Thioamiden/Haloaminen.
  • Optisch aktive tertiäre Phosphine mittels Cäsiumhydroxid-katalysierter P-Alkylierung von sekundären Phosphinen.
  • Sekundäre Amine mittels CsOH-geförderter chemoselektiver Mono-N-Alkylierung von primären Aminen, Diaminen und Polyaminen.
