一般說明

油酸介导sirtuin1-增殖物激活受体 γ共活化物−1α (SIRT1-PGC-1α)信号通路脂肪酸全氧化。动脉粥样硬化和胰岛素抵抗状态下,油酸有抗炎症特性。[1]油酸抑制缝隙连接渗透,促进星形胶质细胞葡萄糖摄入。油酸通过增加葡萄糖摄入和蛋白质激酶C(PKC)活化,有利于神经细胞增殖。油酸是轴突生长和神经元聚集所必须的。[2]
