一般說明

Harry Eagle 开发的最小必需培养基 (MEM) 是所有合成细胞培养基中应用最广泛的一种。[1]这是所提供 MEM 制剂的最丰富变体。它含有全部 21 种正常氨基酸,有些浓度增加。此外,它还含有 5 种额外的维生素。当补充胎牛血清 (FBS) 时,通常用于细胞遗传学分析。

應用

生化/生理作用

MEM 通常在 15 psi 下用 0.5% 细菌蛋白胨高压灭菌 20 min,冷却,然后用 NaHCO3 中和,始终支持细胞生长良好。当 MEM 和细菌蛋白胨分别进行高压灭菌时,获得了相似的结果。细胞最初以单层生长,随后成为固定悬浮液。[6]
