應用
HRP偶联的山羊抗小鼠γ链特异性用于通过ELISA检测血清和粘膜洗液中针对HIV1的中和抗体。3′3′5,5 四甲基联苯胺（Sigma）可用作开发底物。
山羊抗小鼠IgG（γ-链特异性）过氧化物酶抗体可用于ELISA应用，稀释度为1:3000。
