一般說明

IgG 抗体在补体激活、吞噬作用、胎盘转运和细胞表面受体结合等体液免疫应答中起关键作用。抗小鼠 IgG(Fc 特异性)-碱性磷酸酶抗体(以1:10,000 的稀释度采用PBS-Tween 稀释)可用于 ELISA。它也可用于免疫印迹。山羊抗小鼠 IgG(Fc 特异性)-碱性磷酸酶抗体与小鼠 IgG Fc 片段、IgG 及其亚类 IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b 和 IgG3 发生特异性反应,但不与人 IgG 和小鼠 IgA 或 IgM 发生反应。

應用

抗小鼠 IgG(Fc 特异性)-碱性磷酸酶抗体可用于 ELISPOT(免疫斑点)测定。它也可用于免疫组化和蛋白质印迹。
碱性磷酸酶缀合的山羊抗小鼠 Fc 特异性抗体在 ELISA 测定中用作二抗,在 PBS/0.1% Tween 和 1% BSA中以 1:1000 的稀释度,在 37°C 下持续 1.5 小时。该抗体经开发使用磷酸 4-硝基苯酯(Sigma)作为底物,在 37°C 下,持续 30分钟。
