免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は免疫グロブリンファミリーに属し、広く発現される血清抗体です。免疫グロブリンは、ジスルフィド結合により連結された2本の重鎖と2本の軽鎖を有します。これは主に免疫防御を支援します。IgGは糖タンパク質です。IgGは、免疫グロブリンの主要なクラスです。マウスの免疫グロブリンは、5つの免疫グロブリンクラスであるIgM、IgG、IgA、IgDおよびIgEから構成されます。マウスIgGは、さらに4つのクラス、すなわち、IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2bおよびIgG3に分類されます。IgGは、オプソニン化、補体結合および抗体依存性細胞媒介細胞毒性に寄与します。

生物化学的／生理学的作用
IgG抗体は、補体活性化、食作用、胎盤輸送、および細胞表面受容体結合などの体液性免疫応答において重要な役割を果たします。抗原結合活性はIgG抗体の可変Fab領域により媒介される一方で、エフェクター活性はFcドメインにより促進されます。抗マウスIgG（Fc特異的）抗体は、最適な捕捉病原体を検出するために使用できます。
免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、II型およびIII型の過敏反応に関与しています。IgGは主に免疫防御を支援します。IgGは、オプソニン化、補体結合および抗体に依存した細胞媒介性の細胞毒性に寄与します。

抗体は、ウシ, ウマ, ヒト血清タンパクで吸収済みです。
